Our Signature Dishes

– Guinness Irish Stew

The heart of Ireland meets Caribbean soul in our rich, hearty lamb stew infused with Guinness. Slow-cooked with carrots, potatoes, and onions, then elevated with honey jerk mashed potatoes and sautéed cabbage with crispy bacon. It’s comfort food with a rebellious streak.

– Jerk Chicken

Our Caribbean crown jewel: tender chicken marinated in authentic jerk spices, served with traditional rice & peas and fresh coleslaw. Each bite delivers the perfect balance of heat, sweetness, and smoke that Jamaica is famous for.

Shelly Belly

Fresh sea bass grilled to perfection and stuffed with a vibrant vegetable medley, accompanied by aromatic rice & peas. This dish embodies our philosophy of taking the best from both worlds and creating something entirely new.

Curry Goat (Saturdays only)

A weekend celebration of Caribbean tradition. Fall-off-the-bone tender goat slow-cooked in aromatic curry spices, served with rice & peas and crisp coleslaw. Available only on Saturdays, making it a special occasion worth planning for.

Where Two Worlds Meet

Our starters tell the story of cultural exchange. From traditional Irish saltfish fritters served with zesty salsa verde to honey jerk wings paired with mango pineapple salsa, each dish is a conversation between continents. The Real McCoy transforms the comfort of mac and cheese into crispy balls served with plantain velouté – it’s innovation rooted in tradition.

Our burger selection continues this narrative. The Jerk & Twerk Burger brings Caribbean heat to the classic pub staple, while our BBQ Badboy honors the hearty, no-nonsense spirit of both cultures with ground beef, turkey bacon, and all the fixings.

Sweet Endings

Even our desserts celebrate this beautiful fusion. Our Yard Sticky Toffee Pudding takes the beloved Irish classic and gives it a Caribbean twist with Wray & Nephew rum sauce. The carrot cake comes alive with white rum cream, proving that some of the best innovations happen when traditions dare to dance together.
